I am on the committee of the Sailing Association Mar Menor formed by British expats 2 years ago to assist those who wish to sail in Spain. We have grown to over 100 members and are keen that the Association and its members adhere to Spanish rules, regulations and law pertinent to our activity. We believe that we should formally register as a Spanish Association but enquiries at our local Ayuntamiento have not, so far, advised us what the process is.
