Hi there,

My family and I are in the later stages of leaving the U.K on route to Spain. All said and done we haven’t decided exactly where in Spain we’re going to move too, yet.

We are keen kickboxers and we would like to find a club which caters for all ages and abilities.  It may even be the deciding factor in our choice of location. Not very scientific I agree but we have to start somewhere.

If anybody knows of any clubs in their area or knows someone who could help, please take a minute to post a reply,

I do Tae Kwon Do and a quick look on the TAGB web site gives me contact details for clubs all over the world… I’m sure that the style of Kick boxing you do would have similar info available, maybe ask your instructor?

There is always the possibilty (if you are any good 😉 .) of starting your own club.. I will be getting my black belt next year and will certainly look at teaching when I move to spain in the next few years

I haven’t had much luck searching the internet, the problem with kick boxing is that there are so many governing bodies and bickering between that they fail to see the bigger picture. If they were to unite and agree on one set of rules and have one official organisation, kick boxing would take its place along side other martial arts discipline’s in events like the Olympics. All said and done though the Olympics is along way off my capabilities. However it would help[ me to find clubs in Spain a little easier.
