Hello,

I am a qualified TESOL teacher and myself and family have decided to uproot and move to Spain (my parent’s are in Mula, Murcia region).

I am looking at either buying a language school or starting up my own. We have viewed about 4 small schools so far but none of them are quite right for one reason or another.

My question is, if I set up my own school, where would be the best place to choose and how would I even go about getting accredited?

I know that it can be pretty tough at the moment to get a mortgage in Spain, but I wondered if a business mortgage would be a different story.

We would prefer not to be living in a big city, but appreciate that being near a university would be advantageous. Our ideal area would be Andalusia.

I would appreciate any advice please, and if anyone knows of any schools for sale, I would be interested to know.
