Simple Tax Question re Spain

Please,please be careful if you receive advice that you can have 22000 euros in income before declaring tax. It only applies to the following:
To someone employed in Spain who has incomefrom one source with tax already deducted.
Someone who is not eligible to use the double taxation treaty between UK and Spain.
So, it is not going to apply to expat pensioners and early retirees.
People who have been told they can have 22000 income by tax “experts”, or read it on sites for expats are walking around in a fool’s paradise, as the threshold for them is much lower, and I wish the writers of such statements would qualify them before publication.
