My husband and I have a room in our flat that’d we’d like to rent out short-term on a weekly or monthly basis. The flat is very well-located, 20 mins by Metro from Sol (city centre), 5 mins walking from Metro Ascao, Pueblo Nuevo and Almudena. The area has lots of shops and nice parks.

The room is single, with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and lamp. The guest would also have own bathroom with shower.

The rent is 80 euros/week or 300/month with bills and internet included.
