Morning all,
Guys, im looking to move to Calpe, Alicante, in a month or so and will obviously be looking to rent a flat or some kind of accomodation as soon as possible after i get there, now, i would prefer to rent privately from someone rather than go through an agency. My question is, in your experiences, is this the best thing to do, this is what i ve done in the past and i think as long as i can rent from someone on the level, it works better than going through agencies with legal admin fees etc. am i right???
A follow on question i have is then, does anyone per chance, know anyone who would have places to let in Calpe from September time?
Any help advice would be appreciated.
