my self and my family has decided to move to Spain. we have developed a winning (we think) business plan. because im moving and opening a new business at the same time I’m going to need any advice i can get. if any one has any good links for mortgage brokers, estate agents/land agents and a good builder ill be most grateful. thanks. buck.

It might be wise to let people know which part of Spain you are moving to so that they can be more precise and specific with the information that they provide you.

we are looking in the north of spain we wish to buy a large plot of land and build a house on it with extra accomodaion and a workshop.

i am struggling to find a website which deals with northen spain property.

Northern Spain is still quite large, so you may wish to start with a generic Estate Agents like this, for example,:

Then try and narrow down the area of interest.

i want to be within 2 hours drive of santander just on the outskirts of a town.
