My advice to you is to buy new if at all possible - then you know you have a legit car with all the warranties etc. Kia now offer 7yrs !! If you want 2nd hand go to Vega on the N332 - south from Torrevieja - at Punta Prima near the new Eroski centre. I bought my first car from there and have taken other friends - no problems. Ask for Alistair - tall guy - been here for years - they are straight. Most of the cars are ex dealer demos (they have new dealerships in Orihuela). Avoid the back street boys including the Brits!!

Thanks for that. I know Vega I live not far from there but it’s new car dealers I want. I know of Framon in Bigastore but they only seem to deal in fords. Skoda on the coast road in Torry but I’ve heard of Toyota and Fiat dealers but not sure were they are and just wondered if anyone has dealt with them and can recommend them

OK now I understand the question / I can personally recommend Citreon In Benijofar and Kia in Torrevieja. Most of the new car dealers in Torrevieja are in the Cortes Valencias / usually called the needle road by the Brits. I would think any NEW car dealer is OK otherwise they would lose the dealership. People say good things about Ford in San Miguel.

I would not buy from a dealer, buy from the paper.  http://www.segundamano.es

It is a pain in the ass to visit all the cars, but worth it in the end.
