I’m looking to rent a small retail outlet in the Costa Blanca region but can’t seem to find much online apart from aprtments and villas etc. Does anyone know of any websites or estate agents that I can contact?

Thats a very good question because there does not seem to be any agents for Commercial unit renting. Probably because its difficult to see how you could make a profitable business.

I think you will have to drive around the areas that interest you and call the numbers on the Se Alquila?s

Good luck

PS I strongly suggest you use a good solicitor before signing any rental agreements - a client of ours nearly signed up on a unit until we discovered that it only had internal access and it was only for a residents community!

Thanks for the Advice Rob.

There does seem to be a real shortage of commercial rental agents. Theres a business in itself for someone! I have phoned a few places but they seem to have been rented or as you say very complicated. Everyone seems to say buy an existing business and change it..budget is tight but its a possibility. The only problem is my house isn’t complete untill next year so I only manage to get out when I get the chance and an agent would have been ideal!

Cheers though!
