We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who can attract, recruit and hire highly qualified professionals to meet CPM International’s needs. You will be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, able to think on your feet and work using your own initiative as well as being pro-active.

Responsibilities:

* Handle the recruitment process by conducting interviews, including candidate confirmations and communication & preparing follow-up correspondence as needed.
* Source and Mine internal and external databases to obtain additional candidates
* Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
* Communicate with applicants, vendors and hiring managers professionally while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
* Post positions via internal ATS and on various job posting sites
* Pulls and review resum?s from the applicant tracking system. Also including the initial screening of resum?s and pre-screening interviews of applicants for certain positions
* Assist with processing of new hire administration and on-boarding
* Answer phones, emails, copying, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed
* Prepare reports and dashboards relating to staff recruitment activities
* Updating of CPM recruitment social media accounts per market
* Prepare reports and dashboards relating to staff recruitment activities
* Maintenance of internal ATS and direct liaise between recruitment team and the supplier

 

Requirements:

* Native level in Dutch or German plus a high level of English
* Additional languages a plus
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently with great attention to detail and a desire to learn
* Exceptional customer service focus, high-energy, driven, articulate, and a friendly personality
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal personnel and external entities, as applicable
* Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law a plus
* Excellent skills in judgment and ability to respect protect and maintain highly confidential information
* Excellent technical skills including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
* Resourceful and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment
