We are looking for technical customer care agents m/f for our prestigious client in the automotive industry for the location Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Your tasks

- As a customer care agent you will answer phone calls and assist the customer with general questions and problems of their car system

- You will enter all activities in a tracking system so that every error message of the system can be recorded and improved

- For problems with the car system you are the main contact person for the customer and present fast solutions

- Your area of responsibility also focuses on improving the car system and you will pass on weaknesses, problems and deficiencies to the appropriate departments

REQUIREMENTS
Your Profile

- You, as a customer care agent, speak and write German well and can communicate well in English

- Your highly motivated, open-minded and friendly nature makes you a valuable team member

- You have good computer skills, are quick to learn new systems and have a great enthusiasm for the automotive industry

- You work quickly, competently and professionally and have a high willingness to learn
