hi my name is shaun and i fly out to alicante early sat 20th oct wondering if anyone has a room to rent or even a piece of land that i could pitch a tent, should of been moving in with a freind but he now has a girlfiend and doesn’ wanna know anymore. i gave up my flat and job in england and moving to alicante is something i have allways wanted to do. any boby offering work was a baker for 15 years and had my own shop witch i sold bout two years ago since then i have work in demolition and i drive a loader shovel. please any help or advise you may have i would be extreamly gratful. would consider any area of spain. i aint backing out now. thanks for taking time to read. .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Get to a locutorio (internet cafe) as soon as you are there. The people there are ussually foreigners (or at least quite a few of them…), young, and not having enough money to have internet at home (IE, looking for a room mate.) Plus, they almost always have some kind of messageboard there.
Talking to the owner might help as well…

( always ask spanish people if they “Entiendes Ingles” (understand english) and not “Hablan Ingles” ( speak english) Half the people understand it quite well, after that a piece of paper and a pen does wonders….
