I recently made an appointment to renew my tarjeta de estudiante, but it’s set in December! I am studying at Complutense both this semester and the next, however I am worried that when I go to renew my card that it will be denied because it expired in September. I recently left the EU and re-entered to renew my “3 month stay,” however I don’t know if this works. Should I be worried? Will they care if I have been here for 3 months with an expired card? I know I could easily study without it, but I want to have it at any rate. Any help and/or comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

P.s. All the required material to present was for the first semester (October -> December). Will I need to enroll in the Spring semester as well since the appointment is in December?
