Im a British citizen living in Mallorca. My Problem is this . Ive been divorced from my Czech wife for two years. We have a 6 year old daughter. We have a legal agreement which states I can see my little girl every wednesday and every other weekend.Also alternate christmas. Over the past two years my X-wife has constantely not abided by the agreement.Infact she uses my child as weapon against me and my family. I pay maintenance every month without fail and on top, pay her schooling fees,insurance etc.
At the moment Im in new relationship . My wife seems to have taken it badly and has refused to let me see my little girl for the past 2 months. The only time Ive seen my little girl is at school in morning after her mum leaves. My little girl seems to have lost her spark and has told me she is frightened of her Mum and that she locks her in her room. She also looks thin and is wearing clothes more than two years old. I have shared my problems with the social services in Mallorca. They have reported to me that there seems to be no problem at school. But at school is the only place my daughter seems to have rest bite and be herself. But with respect I know my daughter better. Her granma has also commented on how sad my daughter looks.I have in the past posted a Denuncia with the police. Before the due court date my wife begged me to stop and said things would change.Which they did for a while. But now I have the same problem .She is using the child against me and my daughter is suffering. I know the easy thing to do is to get a Lawyer. But they are so expensive and I simply cant afford one. I feel that Im letting my little girl down,because I cant afford a family lawyer. Does anyone out there have any advise what I can do and where I stand.
