The problem I find for both eBay & PayPal is that as soon as you show your home address on the UK registration sites as being in Spain, you immediately get a new web page for Spanish eBay or PayPal all, of course, in Spanish!! and I’m not prepaired to risk my poor Spanish answering questions which I may misundestand
Anybody found a solution to this?

I’m sure you’re right - such contacts as I have managed to make with eBay & PayPal
seem to confirm that, although I’m suprised with all the expats in Spain they don’t
try harder.
