If I stay past my tourist visa can I still leave two months later to the states and get my student visa? (I’m studying in BCN in the fall).  I’ve been looking for information on this, but haven’t really recieved a straight answer. And I can’t exaclty call the embassy and ask, “Hey if I do this illegal thing will you care”?
