Hi all,

I hope someone can help!

2 months ago, my gestor gave me the completed Modelo 300 form, I took it to the bank and have since been waiting!

Apparantly the ‘Ministerio de Economia Y Hacienda’ legally has 6 months in order to pay me my rebate owned…............

How long do I realistically have to wait?

Does anyone have a similar experience?

You know living in Spain requires patience! The tax office is a law unto itself I would not hold your breath - they will be thoroughly checking to see if you owe them anything before they repay you!

Good luck.

Hi, thanks for replying to my thread…....

I believe that they legally have 6 months and I know that it is a waiting game…........

but have you any idea how long on average people wait?
