Hi Guys & Girls

Nice to be a member and hello, any advice would be appreciated

Long Term Rental Villa ? Los Montesinos

We are enquiring about property for Long Term Rental , as we are relocating from the UK to live Los Montesinos Spain permanently from December 2008, any suitable villa available at the time we relocate, then we would be interested as viable long term rental occupants.

We would like to consider a long let on a Villa or property in the area of Los Montesinos. Please confirm the long term monthly rental fee in any reply.

We anticipate and look forward to hearing from you in due course.

I don’t think you can expect people to know where Los Montesinos is.  I think it’s in Murcia somewhere, but it’s helpful if you do the usual Spanish thing, which is to quote the province after the town or village name eg. Juviles (Grananda).

Hi Mike & Chris,

Los Montesinos is a good place to be, I lived there before moving to San Fulgencio.  There a lots of bars and restaurants to discover!

Please be careful on private rentals asimply they aren?t legal and if you do please ask for a copy of their house insurance to prove they are insured will most probably wont have liability insurance should anything happen.  Please go to http://www.opirentals.com to see some properties.  Good luck and I hope you find a property.

Regards

Paul
