I have lived in spain for 3 months now, for 2 of those months my moped (50cc purchased second hand in spain) has sat in a garage waiting for documents to be changed, now they are and insurance is all done, so im good to go right? I thought so but now my UK provisional licience has disappeared as has my CBT….how does this effect driving a moped as I heard you could drive 50cc with no licience, if not what should i do about the situation as I cant go to my spanish tutor that i organized and I cant look for work.
