Our Temporary Resident Visa was denied and we have the option to appeal within a month time. The reason is per Real Ordinance 2393/2004 , which we looked up but its all in legal terms (NOT PLAIN ENGLISH). We are now looking for an Immigration Lawyer or Immigration services that can assist us in making our dream come true which just got shattered. We own and manage an IT Network Consulting Firm (self-employed).  We are a Young Mid 30’s, USA Citizens, fully Bilingual Professional family with a 1Oyr old daughter.

We presented ourselves at the Spanish Consulate In Los Angeles and provided ALL the necessary documents for the Residence Visa. When we got the letter we were completely heart broken, we honestly thought that being who we are (not a financial burden to society) we would have a chance. Their reason is ambigous at best, no real self explanatory statement.

Please help us ...any info or guidance is greatly appreciated :-(
