Hi,

my name is Mar and a posted a thread called ?BBC needs help?. I?ve seen your reply and I undestand your concerns of me not beign a BBC journalist since my email address doesn?t say bbc.co.uk or my mobile number is not an UK one. It has its explanation. I work for BBC ?Inside Out North West? as a fixer in Spain only for this specific film I?m asking help for. This is why my email address is a hotmail one and my number is a Spanish mobile number. Because I work for them, but I?m not BBC staff.

it’s Mar, from the BBC again. Just wanted to let all the members of the forum know that this is not a scam. I don’t have a bbc.co.uk email address because I work as a freelance fixer (local researcher) in Spain for BBC Inside Out North West. I only work on specific films, and I’m not BBC staff. That’s why I have a hotmail account and a Spanish mobile number.

I understand your concerns about this being a scam, so I’ve given “jurdyr” my boss’ email address so he could check with her.

I just want you to know this just in case you have some valuable information for our film. Once my identity as BBC journalist is checked, do not hesitate to contact me.
