Dear members, I just joined your forum.

I would like to move to Spain for 2 or 3 years. I would like to teach English. I have a bachelors degree but do not have a TEFL certificate. I do have a few months of experience teaching in Asia. I want to live by the coast as I am a naturist, and nude beaches are where I relax. Where would I have the best synthesis of these two things? The town or city near to nude beaches must have universities where private students would hopefully be found.

Also, do you have a link to Spanish language courses that would allow me to receive a student visa? Thanks for your suggestions.

Malaga has an excellent nudist (more properly clothing optional) beach just outside the city behind the Parador del Golf. Malaga also has its university.

You’ll have to be considered a “full-time” student to qualify for a student visa, and that typically means enrolling in a minimum of 20 hours of class per week. Another possibility is to enroll in a Spanish university as a visiting international student, but again, you have to sign up for a certain number of classes in order to be eligible to apply for a student visa from the Spanish consulate.

Vera on the coast of Almeria province is one of the biggest naturist centres in Europe.  It’s near enough to Almeria city for you to combine city life and teaching with doing your thing.
