Hi all

I hope someone can help me with this issue I have. Basically I have been offered a job in Spain and due to the time it takes for the Spanish government to issue a work permit, the Spanish company has decided to employ me under the UK branch. I hold a Malaysian passport and I’ve been given a work permit valid in the UK.

The job is ultimately based in Manchester,UK after 2 years training in Spain. Would I be able to enter Spain and work under a UK employer holding a UK work permit just like that or would I have to obtain a visa of some sort. What would I have to do about taxation and all? Would I need a residence permit?

I’m a bit lost and this is one opportunity I don’t want to miss. Please help me and tell me what to do.

Thanks ever so much

Regards,
Aaron
