My husband and I are moving returning to Barcelona for a year as he completes his Master’s program. We were there for 3 months this summer and found ourselves missing simple things, like certain foods. We also found some things very expensive, like toiletries and for me, makeup. And, some of the things that are not a big deal in the US, like Levi’s jeans, seem to be almost a luxury (or at least very expensive…) item in Barcelona.
With this in mind, what do you recommend we bring with us for the next year? Are there things you miss from the US? Maybe things that are just TOO expensive in Barcelona, not easy to find, things that are considered a hot commodity, etc….?
