i was wondering if anyone could give me some info about getting a student or schengan visa to study in spain. i am concerned though because i had a court date from a previous incident of about a year and a half ago while i was studying in spain for the year. however, i had left the country before i went to the court date and i believe it is still pending. moreover, i am now considering applying to study in spain again, and am wondering if it will be an issue during the consideration for the grant of the visa. any information/ feedback is greatly appreciated!
