Would anyone on the forum be able to help me with this issue.

We purchased an apartment in 2006. Our fees have now incresed, disbite the budget being 1 million euros less. However Villa owners fees have been reduced, some from 1000 euros to 360 euros.

Is it legal for the president to make changes, without going to a vote.

Any help would be appreciated

We have not been given any reason, other than to make fees fair . I have emailed the administrator last Monday. They have said that they need to speak to the accountant. Still waiting for a reply
