Hi All, I hope someone here can help!
I am a British citizen from birth, I want to move to Spain in the next few months and buy a property, I believe that this should be relatively straight forward and I hope that`s the case. My problem as I see it, is, I would like to bring my Chinese fiancee with me to live and eventually marry but as she is a Chinese national, she may have a problem.
Can anyone tell me whether I will have to marry in the UK and stay there for 2 years for her citizenship or can this be done in Spain in much the same way and apply for Spanish citizenship?
I have looked at various sites, but to date i`ve been unable to find the answer, I would be most gratefull for any help with this problem.
