OK… Here we go!

Does anyone know of any official ‘comaplaints proceedure’ that one can make against the Gurdia Civil?
I did not exactly receive’rough treatment’ - but they ommitted to put me in a very important report (14 pages long!)
and it would seem that due to this ‘oversight’ I am unable to claim for the injuries I received in an RTA. (Their report names
the driver of the car in which I was a passenger and they have had their claim settled… but I have hit a brick wall!).

If there is any recourse I would like to follow it up as my lawyer is next to useless.
I am thinking of going to the local Guardia station and begging with the jeffe de Guardia to get an ammendment to the original report.

Any ideas?

Interim Update…

I finally steeled myself to go and beg the local ‘Teniente’.. he was very obliging and friendly after all!
(Phew).
He said I must go the the Guardia - Trafico headquarters in Malaga and make a ‘solicitude’....
They then have to reply within 15 days ...
Will let you know how it goes!
