Hi I’m Elaine, 40 years of age, married to David and live in the UK. I am a qualified personal trainer level 3 reps UK registered. We are looking for 6 months free accommodation (apartment) in Spain (coast) in return for free personal training, commencing June 09. I generally work with clients who are wanting body fat loss and muscle toning. I will commit to you on a weekly basis showing you how to eliminate those long and boring gym sessions by introducing you to a dynamic way of exercising giving you maximum results in minimum time! The 6 month exercise program i will take you through is suitable for both men and women of all ages and will reduce any gym workout by over half the time!! Leaving you time to get on with the things that matter.
