hello guys,

can anybody tell me how to appeal against a visa refusal,as my wife has recently been refuse a Spanish entry visa to accompany me to Spain as the a non EU family member of an EU citizen,i would also like to know how long it will take to reach a decision by the Spanish consulate after the appeal has been made.
