Hi,

I work for two agencies, doing in company work.

I am British, I have a NIE, a scoial security number etc.

I havent signed any contract for the work I do with the agencies though.

I pay IRPF each month (well, they pay it for me).

Basically I would like to have contracts for the work I do for each agency.

Can ayone advise, am I working illegally if I dont have valid contracts for the work I do? And do I have a leg to stand on, if I say to my empoyers that I would like contracts for the work Im doing for them?

Thanks in advance for any help.

We just posted a new article on workers’ rights in Spain. Sounds like you should check it out. You really need a contract!
