Hi,

I have just arrived in Barcelona. I am going to be working for a Danish company over the internet for the next couple of months, so I am looking for an office of some sort. Now, the flat where I live has internet and everything so technically, I could just stay here. I would prefer to go out somewhere though because I like to be among people.
I could go to cafes that have free wifi but staying in cafes all day will probably make me a bit tired of latte’s 😊.. In Copenhagen, I would just go to the university and find a room but I am not sure it’s that easy here. Or perhaps I can go to a library?
I would love to hear any suggestions.

I would guess there’d be loads of hotspots in Barcelona, and you could work outside in the sun - get a little wifi detector and see whats out there!!  Sounds like a good working lifestyle to me,

As Maya suggested, why not just sit outside office buildings/municipal buildings and see what Wi-Fi signal you can pick up on your laptop?

I guess that I could sit outside though I do think it would be a little cold at this time of year.
However, I have now rented office space at a lovely place on Plaza Real, so I am all set.

Seems like a cheap way to have some office space and also get out the house and meet some people.
