I think some parts of my question have been answered elsewhere, and I apologise if I am repeating an old topic:

I’m a British citizen currently living in the UK - my wife has just become a US citizen and is living in the US (along with my daughter & step-son). We were married 8 years ago IN America. My question is - once I move to Spain and become a resident, are there any potential issues bringing them over to live, bearing in mind we weren’t married IN the EU? Thank you.
