i am a british retired british and i got my resident permit for spain last week,my husband is a none EU it possible for him to get his visa in a month before his estancia tourist visa expires in end of may,pls help us as i dont want him to go back to his country without getting his residency permit,

If you read all the previous Posts about the Visas / Permits… The Spanish Government are Clamping down on Visas/Permits (Except Holiday Visas) for Residency of outside EU Citizens Due to La Crisis…

You will need to go to The Spanish Passport office or Police Station where you can “TRY” for an extended Visa…
