Hope someone can advise me on this. I’m wondering how long between the form submitting and fingerprinting exercise at Balmes/Guadalajara, Barcelona and returning to pick up my card. I’m a little confused also as to why I have been given the address of the Subdelgacion Del Gobierno on L’Argentera, Barceloneta - why do I have to go there? I’m a non EU citizen; my Spanish is not very good, though I’m trying; my Catalan is non-existent - I seem to encounter the rude Catalan bureaucrats who snarl because I am so ignorant therefore I remain so.
