I have heard, it can take different amounts of time to receive a tarjeta de residencia when you apply in different cities (I’ve heard estimates of 1 month up to 4 months).

Has anyone recently received a card in Zaragoza? How long did it take?
Also, were there any unusual forms they asked for?

I’ll be applying in Zaragoza in mid-June .. and I will need to travel abroad a month or so later.
I’m a non-EU citizen who married a Spaniard, and I believe I have all the required paperwork..
