I am still in the USA and will be moving over to Spain in the near future.  I would like to begin studying for the drivers test now.  Could some one give me some ideas on where I could get a manual in English?

How can I find out which states (USA) are valid for the first year for driving legally.  I currentlly reside in Mississippi.  Some one else asked the question and I didn’t see a response.
