Hi All

My husband and I have just returned from a short holiday in Barcelona.  We fell in love with the city and Spain and are seriously considering moving out.  I am an office manager and he is a commercial surveyor and we will be trying for a baby next year.  We also have 2 dogs.
Neither of us speaks spanish as yet but we were very impressed by everything out there that we just want to move.  We noticed how clean everything was and especially how respectful the children seemed to be.  We had a school opposite our hotel and couldn;t believe how well behaved the children were and I think the spanish education system seems to be a lot better than the UK.
I will be ever so grateful if anyone can offer us advice on how to go about moving, finding jobs, etc.  We would like to be close to a city due to work as Andrew will probably need to contact the bg agents such as Atisreal, etc who will really only be based in the city.  We would ideally like to be close to a beach resort too!  However, as an office manager/PA, will I need to have excellent spanish or are there companies where English is mostly spoken - expat assisting companies, etc…  I will be quite happy doing bar work or anything, provided the cost of renting is good.
