Hope you can help .. and I think it is a legal matter. I have a fraud case against someone (Spanish national) and there is a warrant out for his arrest on the mainland, but the police seem to be doing nothing despite reports of the area he is in. I am thinking of hiring a private detective to track him down, supply photos and an address that I will then pass on to the police in the hopes he will be arrested. Has anyone any experience of this ?
