Today Telefonica really Peeved me off…
I was enquiring about a new years contract for my Folks….. received an answer is that there is no good deals etc…
So I emailed jazztel to see if they can offer me a good deal for my folks… Yet to receive a reply….
Anyway… Telefonica said that there only keeping there deals for new Customers and there is nothing that they can offer my folks in a way of a new deal…..mmmmmmmmmm So I said ok I cancel and go with Jazz Tel Answer back…. you can do anything you wish go to another provider….
Obviously no Customer Crisis with Telefonica!!!!
