Can any one help me, not sure were we stand on the inheritance tax. My husband and I live here on the Costa Blanca (Jacarilla) and have our residencia. What happens to our apartment with the valuation when one of us dies?,we have made a will but am not sure now about what we have to pay in tax. I was told that as we live in the Valencia region it is different to the rest of Spain. Is this correct??
