I have lived and worked in Spain for five years. I am now retired, I don’t own a property and only have my state pension. My husband still works.
I have just started working from home writing and editing. How will I be taxed. The magazine I write for will not pay me unless I am taxed at source. Is this the only way. I doubt I will make more than 5,000 a year.

Are you not able to become autonomo? Or would that cause problems with your pension?

Ideally you would register as autonomo here in Spain and pay taxes here too.

Congrats on the job, sounds nice. 😉
