Can anyone tell me if there are any English speaking facilties at the Trafico office in Malaga?

I’m pretty sure there aren’t and I’ve been there a few times.  It’s actually reasonably well organised for all that.  You go in and head first for the information line to the right as you go in.  Tell them what you want to do and they give you the forms and a counter ticket which you use to see which turn is yours at the relevant window.  There is a row of cashiers to the left as you enter for paying fines, and fees etc Perhaps if you use Google translate to produce a Spanish description of what you are trying to do this would help.
