well, im just thinking to have my Business in Spain Marbella, Marketing Business, and i dont know how !!!!

how can i have the Commercial Register in Marbella, Spain?

how long does it take to have it ?

im not from Spain, so is it difficult to have it ?

Do i have to have Dept or the place to have the Commercial Register ?

What are the conditions to have commercial register in spain ?

This may sound harsh and you may well have checked somewhere else, but I would advise anybody asking these kinds of questions on an expat forum should probably not bother trying to run a business in Spain.

Spain as with most EU countries have internet information available on web pages relating to business and business regs, rules etc, if you cannot find them or read the info my advice is simple.

Move when you can speak the lingo, fluently.
