hi,i have a problem that is really bordering me.i live in Germany for like 2 years now(illegal because my visa is no longer valid).the issue is i have a spanish girlfriend and we want to get married.since the visa in my passport is invalid i am afraid of being deported back to Africa.My girlfriend was born here in Germany but she is using a Spanish passport.Now my question is; is it possible for me to marry this girl legally in Spain without me having immigration troubles? i `ll be glad to get information from someone.thank you and God bless.
