Hello Anyone,
I am outside the EU living and studying in Barcelona, Spain. And recently, i have applied for renewing my student card(N.I.E) which will take atleast a month. But I urgently, need to know about my fly to Netherlands only along with carrying my passport and a special slip(when any student generally submits his/her documents to the Ministario de Extranjer?a, Barcelona, They give a special document(kind of slip) right after the submission for keeping one month and need to represent same document when student go for receiving a new Student Card(N.I.E)).
Moreover, I also need to know if there will be any possibility for asking any special kind of letter from Ministario de Extranjer?a, Barcelona which helps me to fly inside any country in EU without any barrier.
Hopefully, You guys would like to reply me as soon as possible.
