Hi. My name is Mike and I currently live in East Sussex.  I have been visiting Spain for many years and love the country and the people I have met.  I am hoping to move within a couple of years and m currently researching exactly where I will end up.  I am currently looking at small towns round western Malaga.  I am trying to avoid the main coastal towns s I want to live more with the locals.  I am due to start a basic Spanish course in the summer and will continuing my research.  As I don’t drive, I would ner to rely on public transport and I also enjoy the arts, partucularly the theatre.  I don’t have a rose-tinted view at this stage but I do hope that my research will put me in a good position.  I look forwrd to chtting to people via this site. Hey Mike, wow you’re starting your research early if you’re not moving until a couple of years! But still, that’s a pretty good idea as many people don’t do enough research and then end up living in an unappropriate area. I live in Eastern Malaga, towards Torre del Mar and Nerja. Nice here too!
