I am Sarlyn Tenerife and I am a Filipino Citizen. I would like to know if how I can get a residence permit in Spain. I hope you can help me to know the Eligibility, procedures, requirements etc. and some advice. Thanks!

Also, if I got the residence permit, Am I allow to study or to start a business anytime as long as I have the residence permit?
