I am an American who recently married my partner (spanish) in Catalunya (april 10) and have my NIE, Social Security, and Libro de Familia. I am wondering how long one must be married in order to apply for the Spanish passport. I am interested to know the process and requirements. I am also interested to know if you can have dual citizenship, both US and Spanish, any help is appreciated, thank you!
