Hi my is Tim and I have been on the costa del sol for 7 years
I currently work for a company that delivers drinks. 
My question is , and I appologise if this is not in the correct catagory as I have only just joined this site ,
My licence was comverted to spanish from british when I came and had B , C1 on it .
The C1 has expired now but I was told that to get it renewed I have to take a separate test .
I dont need it as normally I dont drive the vehicle which is legal up to 3.5 ton
My B part is still valid and it says i can drive a vehicle upto the limit of 3.5 ton.
Now what I want to know is , If the vehicle was overweight then does the driver of the vehicle loose points and get fined or only the company?
I do not own the vehicle and am not employed as a driver/delivery person.
